-
Subject to availability Rescheduling depends on batch availability and operational constraints.
5) Trip Cancellation / Changes by the Company
In case of trip cancellation due to unfavourable weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions, full trek fees (excluding transport and other external charges) will be transferred to any future trek. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the trek for safety reasons.
6) Refund Mode & Timeline
All refunds will be provided only in the form of a voucher, not as cash. The voucher will be delivered within 4–6 working days.
Note: We do not provide trek vouchers to individuals who descend from a trek for any reason. This may occur if your trek leader instructs you to descend due to reasons such as inadequate fitness or any other health concerns or injuries. Additionally, vouchers are not issued if participants are found engaging in prohibited activities such as drinking, smoking, or violating trek regulations.
